strong pressure friendly staff breakfast options
The shower had strong water pressure. The bathroom had ample space. The front desk staff were friendly. I appreciated the 24-hour availability of soft drinks, hot drinks, beer, wine, and food. It was a real plus. The breakfast had many options. It was also very tasty.
The grab and go selection lacked some consideration for convenient customer access and travel through the hotel

pillow menu round-the-clock snacks
the pillow menu allowed a personalized comfort. the grab and go section offered convenient snacks and drinks around the clock. i found these features to be genuinely useful. the staff ensured the facilities were super clean.
my room's interior view lacked visual appeal. i would have preferred a view overlooking the surroundings. the absence of an outdoor pool was a minor drawback.

Acceptable, but some issues
The rooms have lots of space. there is a fridge and a coffee machine available.
The grab and go concept seemed poorly executed. There was no consideration for how guests actually move through the hotel from their rooms to the exit. (It's a bit inconvenient.)

the hotel is conveniently close to the metro and the airport. staff provided assistance when needed.
i tried calling reception several times after i checked out. each time, my call went unanswered, the phone rang until it disconnected. i found this unacceptable.
